Our process begins with a detailed job profile to ensure a thorough understanding of our clients search expectations.

This process adheres to the following four steps:
1. Identification of a recruitment need
2. Meet with the hiring managers
3. Provide a clear job profile back to the hiring managers to ensure accuracy
4. Receive feedback from hiring managers and begin the search process

Our Search Process

We acquire our candidates through our proprietary computerized data base, direct recruiting, industry associations, our webpage and referrals. Our assessment process includes resume review, telephone screening, in-depth behavioural based interviews and thorough reference checking. We also offer employment assessments, background searches and education verification if desired by our clients.

Our search process adheres to the following four steps:
1. Acquire candidates
2. Review candidate resumes and conduct phone screening
3. Conduct internal behavioural interviews with qualified candidates
4. Short list presentation of candidates

Our Assessment Process

We provide ongoing support to our clients and candidates ensuring the hiring process operates efficiently.

Our Assessment Process adheres to the following seven steps:
1. First and second client interviews
2. Follow up with both candidates and clients and provide feedback
3. References and any assessments that are being conducted
4. Final Interviews
5. Follow up with both candidates and clients and provide feedback
6. Offer preparation and negotiation
7. Transition management

Our Continued Commitment

Our team will be in contact with both the client and candidate after a placement to ensure a positive transition.

To ensure a successful placement our team will follow up with the client and candidate:
1. On the first day of work
2. Sixty days from the date of hire
3. Six Months from the date of hire
