All candidates that are formally presented to our clients will be interviewed and fully evaluated according to established Trinity Executive Search standards. Any exceptions will be conveyed to our clients.All candidates are contacted regarding new opportunities and will not be presented without his/her full knowledge and approval.3.Trinity Executive Search does not recruit from any organization that is or has been a client within the past year without the approval of the client.All prospects and candidates will be continually informed of their status throughout the search process.A client will never be identified to a source, prospect, candidate or any other outside interest until authorization is received.Reference checking will not be conducted without the knowledge and agreement of the candidate. The results will be reported in full to the client.Trinity Executive Search will respect the confidential information of all parties involved in the recruitment process. All parties’ privacy will be respected.
